What is NOWET?

NOWET is a revolutionary product resulting from years of research and development. The all natural formula actually captures and reduces dirt particles and lifts them off the surface of your vehicle. This unique ability prevents scratches, unlike a traditional car wash, which can grind the dirt and unseen pollutants into the bodywork, degrading the finish. What Does NOWET Do?

Aside from leaving your vehicle looking new, NOWET waterless carwash prevents premature aging of your vehicle by sealing your vehicle with a UV protective coating, when applied on vehicle glass NOWET also prevents premature fading of interior as well, due to the harmful effects of the Sun! NOWET also REMOVES OXIDATION (dull white film) from your vehicle.

How does NOWET work?

Regular washing with water can leave tiny feather scratches. NOWET prevents this from occurring by protecting the finish while the dirt is still on it. NOWET encapsulates and emulsifies the dirt particles. In other words, NOWET shrinks the dirt particles and lifts them off the surface, without scratching the paint.

What makes NOWET different from water and why does it work?
 
If you rinse a dirty vehicle off with water you will never release all the dirt.
The only way to remove the rest of the dirt is to wipe it off with a cloth or sponge.
As soon as you do that you trap the leftover dirt between the cloth and the paint grinding the dirt into the surface creating swirl (light scratch marks) on your paint. With NOWET you don't rinse the surface off at all, all you do is spray a light mist over the area you would like to clean. NoWet will release the dirt and grime from the surface and put the wax layer onto the paint. All you have to do now is wipe the dirt off lightly into an absorbent cotton cloth, and buff with the second.

Why should I wax my car?

As well as cleaning your car it is important to wax it regularly as well. Why Do We Use Carnauba Wax and Kaolin Clay In NOWET?  

Being a natural plant by-product, that will not react with any paint. Carnauba provides a very hard film over your car's surface to protect against airborne contaminants such as acid rain residue, catalytic converter emissions, bug tar, road grime, salt and bird droppings etc. etc. Carnauba also dramatically reduces paint oxidation by diffusing (refracting) UV and infrared radiation from the sun, which can oxidize and dull your paint finish. NOTE: Pure Carnauba is harder than concrete. NOWET WASHES, WAXES, POLISHES & SEALS any non-porous surface you apply it on, without the need of our most precious natural resource WATER!

Kaolin Clay is a natural, non-abrasive, surface preparation that gently pulls out the grit, tar, grime, oil and pollution from your vehicle’s paint or clear coat surface before it's buffed or waxed.

Will The Carnauba Wax Build Up?  
NOWET is formulated to leave only a certain thickness of wax, no matter how many "coats" you apply.

Can I use it on my wheels?

Yes, even on alloys. No need for acid-based cleaners. Organic NOWET not only cleans and shines but it removes break dust and grease very easily, leaving a barrier to minimize future brake dust effects.

If I have sand or grime on the surface, does it not scratch the paint?

No, NoWet will encapsulate and suspend the dirt from the surface.

Why is NoWet more expensive than some other waterless products?

It was developed over 17 years ago in the USA and not as a result of the current water shortage. How do I use NOWET?

Using NOWET is as easy as ABC. There is no need to even wash your car before using NOWET. First, spray a thin layer of No Wet directly over a small area of the vehicle using the unique micro-mist pump applicator. With a clean terry cloth, wipe off the NoWet. When the haze appears simply use another clean terry cloth and buff the same area to a beautiful shine. An average car uses only about 60-125 ml of NOWET for a full detailing job-car body, wind screen, windows, dash board, rims and even wheels.

What if it rains, should I still clean my car?

Yes. NoWet cleans, polishes, waxes, seals and protects the exterior paintwork of your car. Water will bead off the surface and can be removed with a chamois, leaving a shiny finish.

Can I Use NOWET on Plexiglass?  

Yes. NOWET contains No Kerosene or abrasive agents. NOWET will not scratch or haze the plexiglass.

Can I use it on my windows?

Yes But remember less is best, it cleans the window and dispels the water and has an anti fogging capabilities.

I have a convertible and have a plastic rear window; will it clean it and leave marks on the window?

It will clean it without leaving marks and it will also seal it and prevent dirt e.g. smoke from cigarettes sticking

If it dries will the polish leave a stain or mark on the paint?

No there are no harmful elements in NOWET, if you miss a spot just wipe it off.

Does it have any types of silicone in it?

NO!

Will it clean the chrome on my bike?

Yes any type of metal.

What about the seat, if I put it on by bikes seat will it make me slide around?

No, it will clean leather and vinyl without making it slippery.

What do you do with the cloth?

Wash them normally and recycle.

How often do I use NOWET on my vehicle?

Use NOWET as often as you want to clean your vehicle. NOWET not only washes but also polishes and seals the surface protecting it from harmful natural elements, keeping it cleaner longer.

How much product is used per clean?

On average, it takes between 80-100mls to clean a standard size car with NoWet. Vehicles become easier to clean and less product is used after the first few treatments. Depends on size of car, how dirty is car e.g: is it a little town 'run about' pottering around Dublin 4 or Kensington London or a huge, land cruiser that has just driven out of a mucky field
in the West of Ireland on a stormy day?
Is it your first time? After a few times you'll get a rythmn and it'll become quicker and quicker, easier and easier.
Is it your car's first time? First time you will use more product than subsequently. This is because from the second time, you'll be wiping dirt off the "seal" rather than the "car". Sometimes between washes, a damp cloth to the seal is all that is required.

Can you clean dirty cars?

Yes. Your car does not need to be pre washed before using NoWet and it is safe for dirty vehicles. NoWet is a highly effective cleaner which easily removes dirt, grime, road film, tar, grease and oil without water, harmful chemicals, or the risk of scratching.
